The amount of production water used in the production of concrete mixing plants is actually not the main source of water. Use a lot of water to clean the mixer and cement tanker every day. Because concrete is difficult to handle after setting. Therefore, during the shutdown period, the cleaning process is a relatively expensive item.

In addition, the washing water of these washing equipment contains cement slurry, aggregates, impurities and additives brought by the aggregates. From the perspective of environmental protection, the cleaning water of cement mortar or concrete has a strong alkalinity, and the pH value is very high, which can reach about 12, and random discharge will pollute the environment. Therefore, with the continuous improvement of environmental protection requirements in recent years, wastewater treatment of concrete mixing plants has also become a major concern.

In fact, flushing the truck with water is also a waste. Assume that the transportation vehicle is rinsed with 1-2 tons of water and washed 2-3 times a day. Take a medium-sized mixing plant that uses 20 vehicles a day as an example, and use 40-120T of clean water every day. From this perspective, the reuse of washing water is very beneficial to environmental protection and water saving.

In the production work of the concrete mixing plant, if there is no perfect equipment management system, daily maintenance is not in place, it may cause equipment failure during the production process, affecting the project schedule. Therefore, the management of equipment is very important.

1. After completing each production work, the equipment should be cleaned in time, including the residual concrete on the inner wall of the mixer, the discharge port and the mixing shaft. Rinse these places with water and put a small amount if necessary. After stirring for a few minutes, the stones and water will be released and a better cleaning effect can be achieved.

2. If the temperature is low in winter in northern China, the residual water in the water pump, auxiliary pump, water tank and auxiliary pipeline should be drained to avoid damage to the pump and pipeline.

3. Develop a periodic inspection system that requires a fixed time and a fixed frequency to fill the lubricant, check the wear of vulnerable parts (such as blades, linings, mixing arms, etc.) and replace them if necessary. Regularly check each circuit and gas circuit equipment, and do a good job of troubleshooting. In addition, various supporting components such as electrical systems, gear reducers, cylinders, vibrators, air compressors, and other equipment should be regularly inspected and maintained.
