Common problems of concrete mixer supply system:

1. The hopper is biased or stuck. This is mainly due to the inconsistent lengths of the two raised cores or cores. Can be solved by adjusting the length of the wick, adjusting the lower limit of sensitivity, and adjusting the anti-jump device.

2. After the hopper is removed, the fall cannot be controlled. This is mainly due to the failure to repair or replace the travel switch.

3. The overheating of the winch is mainly caused by improper clearance of the braking device. Adjust the motor brake immediately after discovery.

4. The feeding door of the batching machine is not working properly. The main reason is that the gap between the door and the door frame is too large or the door is deformed. The door was blocked by sand and gravel. Correct the material door or replace the material door or rubber plate.

5. The cylinder force is small, you need to check the air pressure or repair the cylinder.
