(4) Check whether there is enough oil at each lubrication point and reducer.

(5) Check the gap between the blade of the mixer and the liner to keep it in good condition, which is very important to extend the life of the mixer.

(6) Check whether the self-protection device of the air compressor is reliable and whether the air pressure is stable at about 0.7 MPa

(7) Check whether all electrical equipment is safe and reliable, check whether all limit switches are flexible and reliable, especially check whether the hopper lifting limit is reliable.

Note: Any inspections and repairs on the mixing plant must be performed when all power switches are turned off, and ensure that they will not be turned off randomly!

Second, maintenance items after each shift

(1) Clean up the debris and remaining materials in the mixer.

(2) Exhaust air and water in the air compressor cylinder.

(3) Fill lubricating oil at each lubrication point.

(4) Disconnect the main power and microcomputer power after shutting down.

Third, Check and maintain items weekly

(1) Check the condensation of the residual concrete in the mixer. If there is condensation, stop the machine, cut off the power, assign a special person to handle it, and remove it manually. Check the gap between the stirring blade and the liner, and adjust if not appropriate.

(2) Check whether the air system is leaking and whether each cylinder operates reliably.

(3) Inspect the electrical components of the electrical system for damage. Repair and replace any damage. Check if the line is loose.

(4) Check the quality and liquid level of the reducer lubricant. Those that do not meet the requirements shall be replaced or added.

Routine inspection and maintenance items

(1) Ensure that the host and its surroundings are clean. For example, check the gap between the mixing blades, the liner and the scraper; check whether the mixing machine has a shaft-holding phenomenon; check whether the discharge door and loading hopper are flexible and airtight. If there is a problem, repair it in time.

(2) Always check and clean up the material accumulated in the hopper to ensure that the sensor returns to zero.

(3) Check whether the lubricating oil at each lubrication point is sufficient, and the oil mist device in the air system should maintain a sufficient amount of oil.

(4) Check whether all motors and electrical appliances are overheated and abnormal noise, whether the meter indicates that it is normal, and whether the signal system is operating normally.

(5) Regularly check and adjust the cylinder, vibration motor and solenoid valve to make the switch meet the standard.

(6) Check all systems regularly. If there is ash leakage, air leakage, oil leakage and electricity leakage. Handle in a timely manner.

(7) The mixer and the inlet and outlet hoppers should be cleaned every four hours to prevent the residual concrete from setting and preventing normal operation.

(8) Water in the air compressor, air storage tank, filter, etc. Discharge each time and eliminate the faults during operation.

(9) Butterfly valves, mixers, solenoid valves, air filters, vibration motors and oil mist devices should be maintained in accordance with relevant instructions.
