If you don't use a concrete mixing plant and mix concrete directly with a mixer truck (wet mixing), please follow the steps below:

(1) Feed

A. First inject 2/3 of the total water consumption;

B. Next, send 1/2 coarse aggregate, 1/2 sand, and all cement into the mixing drum in sequence, and then send the remaining 1/2 sand;

C. Finally, feed the remaining 1/2 of the coarse aggregate and 1/3 of the water.

(2) Rotating speed and time of mixing drum

A. Rotating speed of mixing drum during feeding: 6～10 rpm

B. Rotating speed of mixing drum during stirring: 6～10 rpm

C. Stirring time: 10 to 16 minutes after feeding

(3) Stirring and discharging

 Stirring and discharging after stirring.

(4) Note

When feeding, do not cast only cement.

The above method is just an example. Since the specific mixing method varies with the type of concrete, please determine the actual method and value based on the results of trial mixing.

In dry areas, when long-distance delivery of ready-mixed concrete is required, to ensure the quality of the concrete, the water is refilled after being delivered to the destination, so the mixer must have a large-capacity water tank to meet the requirements.
