The working principle of the horizontal cement tank: After the cement bin is fixed, it is transported by the bulk cement truck to the construction site, and then the transmission pipeline of the bulk cement truck is connected with the feed pipe of the cement bin (cement tank). The cement in the tank is transported to the cement silo (cement tank) by the air pressure of the bulk cement truck. During the process of transporting the cement to the silo, the operator kept pressing the button of the dust collector vibration motor to shake off the cement attached to the dust collector bag to prevent the bag from being blocked and the silo from bursting. Once the bag is clogged and the pressure in the warehouse exceeds the safety pressure of the pressure safety valve on the top of the warehouse, the pressure safety valve can be opened to release the pressure in the warehouse to prevent an explosion accident. Through the high and low material levels, it can be observed that the bin is full and lacking. When unloading is required, first open the cone-bottom manual unloading valve, and then transport the cement out through the cement conveyor (screw conveyor). During the unloading process, if the "arching" phenomenon occurs, the solenoid valve button of the arch breaking device should be pressed in time to purge the air to eliminate the "arching" phenomenon and feed to ensure the smooth supply of cement.
