Dust control technology

① Enclose the mixing machine completely. The high-efficiency dust collector is used in the mixer to centrally treat the dust during the production process. After the treatment, the dust is re-transported to the mixer to realize the recycling of waste, which not only prevents dust pollution, but also improves resource utilization.

② Dust removal in powder silo. Select the appropriate dust removal equipment according to different feeding methods and loading pressures. Commonly used is a filter cartridge type roof dust collector, which has many advantages over traditional bag-type dust removal, has a good dust removal effect, and is easy to maintain.

③ The belt conveyor is completely closed. Closing the belt conveying device can not only prevent the generation of dust during aggregate transportation, but also prevent rainwater and dust from contaminating the aggregate.

2. Noise Control Technology

① Enclose the mixer with sound-insulating and heat-insulating materials, and close the material yard with sound-insulating materials, which will help reduce noise pollution during production.

② In the choice of production equipment, choose to use some low-noise, low-energy-consumption equipment to fundamentally reduce noise pollution.

③ Using a muffler in the air system to reduce the noise generated by the air compressor during operation.

3. Wastewater control technology

According to the actual situation in the plant area, the drainage direction of the wastewater is set so that the wastewater or rainwater formed during the production process can directly flow into the sedimentation tank. After the sedimentation, the wastewater can be used for production after it becomes clear water.
